Effective 15 October 2026
These terms apply to the Phosphor app for Android (the app), made by Marko Zanoski (we, us). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
When you buy the app on Google Play, you get a personal, non exclusive, non transferable license to install and use it on Android devices linked to your Google account, for your own use. The app and everything in it remain ours. You may not copy, resell, rent, decompile or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it regardless of these terms.
The app is sold through Google Play for a one time price shown in the store. Google processes the payment. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy, and you can request one through Google Play. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
We may release updates that add, change or remove features. We aim to keep the app working on current Android versions, but we cannot promise it will work on every device or every future version of Android.
Weather comes from Open Meteo and may be late, incomplete or wrong. Battery, memory, network and other system figures come from Android and are estimates. Do not rely on the app for safety, travel, health or any decision where an error could cause harm.
The app uses Open Meteo for weather and the Android geocoder for place names. Those services have their own terms. The app also opens other apps and system settings on your phone; what those do is up to them.
Use the app lawfully. Do not try to break, overload or misuse the services the app talks to.
The app is provided as is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or use, arising from the app. Our total liability for any claim about the app is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
How the app handles data is described in the privacy policy, which is part of these terms.
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these terms, your license ends.
